About Festivals & Community Events
Every year we are thrilled to partner with local governments and organizations to bring art projects and mess-making adventures to families in our community.
With our mobile art studio the Brella Art Truck, we have been privileged to attend several local events on a recurring basis. Most of these events happen rain or shine, which means we are on-site to offer art activities no matter what!
Oconee Touch-A-Truck
Spring Event in Oconee County, Truck Painting
We love Touch-A-Truck and are excited to bring the Brella Art Truck to this great event at Heritage Park as often as we are invited! Come out and touch our truck with some paint!
AthFest
Summer Festival in Athens, Truck Painting
The Brella Art Truck is usually in the KidsFest area at AthFest, so if come to Downtown Athens stop by and help us paint the truck exterior so it looks awesome!
Athens Water Festival
Late Summer Event in Athens, Free Art Projects +Truck Painting
We've been so excited to be part of this super fun event since 2019! We design themed art projects for the day to help promote water conservation among small children while practicing our own conservation efforts by recycling used paint water! Look for the Brella Art Truck at Sandy Creek Park near the fire engines and water trucks!
Oconee Fall Festival
October Event in Watkinsville/Oconee County, Paid Art Projects
You'll find the Brella Art Truck in Downtown Watkinsville at the Oconee Fall Festival, usually parked in the Kids Zone or on one of the streets surrounding Rocket Field. With new rules about vehicles not allowed on the grass, you may have to hunt for us!
Monroe Fall Fest
October Event in Monroe/Walton County, Paid Art Projects
Though we've missed this event the past few years, we hope to bring the Brella Art Truck back to Monroe GA in 2024! Look for us on Main Street, tucked away near the hammocks.
Five Points Holiday Bash
December Event in Athens, Paid Art Projects
In the past we've designed a handful of holiday-themed art projects for families to enjoy. The Brella Art Truck is usually located in the parking lot of Georgia United Credit Union on South Lumpkin Street for the Five Points Holiday Bash, though the event has not taken place since COVID.
